As a print-on-demand service, each order is custom-made specifically for you, and we do not keep products in stock. Therefore, we do not accept returns. Refunds are only available in cases where your order is defective, damaged (with visual proof provided) or lost by the carrier.
Our products do not qualify as defective if: the color is different from that on the screen, the measurements purchased are wrong, the wallpaper material purchased is not suitable for the project, or installation issues.
